The Command IQ app is your command center for your Crossroads Fiber Wi-Fi. From one simple dashboard, you can see what’s connected, manage settings, and access the security tools included with your service. Command IQ is built for your Crossroads Fiber Wi-Fi router.
What You Can Do in the Command IQ app
Command IQ makes everyday network tasks easy. You can easily:

Change your Wi-Fi name (SSID) or password

Run bandwidth tests to check performance

Create guest networks, work-from-home networks, or custom networks

Quickly add devices using WPS (when available)

View connected devices and organize them by the people and spaces in your home, so you can understand usage at a glance and manage devices without digging through settings.

Set network priorities for performance and security to help you balance speed, reliability, and protection across devices, apps, rooms, and family members.

Access Crossroads Shield and Crossroads Guardrails
As a Crossroads Fiber customer, the Command IQ app is available to you at no charge, as are Crossroads Shield and Crossroads Guardrails. A U6X router is required. Contact Customer Support if you do not have a U6X and want to update your device.

1) Confirm you have a U6X router

2) Download the Command IQ app
Search “CommandIQ” in the Apple App Store or Google Play and install the app.

3) Sign in and follow the setup prompts
Command IQ guides you through connecting the app to your home Wi-Fi system.

Command IQ is designed for supported systems (including Crossroads Fiber Wi-Fi devices). Feature availability can vary based on your router or system, and some features are limited to your home Wi-Fi network.
