Crossroads Guardrails helps you create and enforce online rules for the users and devices on your home network. It includes tools like app usage reporting, application filtering, screen time schedules, and content filtering—all managed in the Command IQ app
What Is Crossroads Guardrails?
Crossroads Guardrails is an app-based set of parental controls that lets you set screen time limits, filter content, block or allow apps, and view app usage for people and devices on your home network.
With Crossroads Guardrails, you can:

Prioritize apps and devices so your most important activities stay smooth

See app usage by profile broken down by day, week, and month

Block or allow specific apps by profile

Schedule Internet downtime for homework, bedtime, and family time during the times you choose, by day of week and time of day

Filter content, including blocking websites across predefined categories (15 categories are supported)

Filter apps (block or allow) by profile (service includes a searchable list of apps)

Crossroads Guardrails is included at no additional cost for residential subscribers who have our Crossroads Wi-Fi-router.

How to Access Crossroads Guardrails
1) Confirm you have a U6X router

2) Download the Command IQ app
Search “CommandIQ” in the Apple App Store or Google Play and install the app. Command IQ is the app where you manage your home Wi-Fi experience and access services like Crossroads Guardrails and Crossroads Shield.

3) Sign in and follow the in-app setup
Enable Crossroads Guardrails for the people and devices you want to manage.
