1) Confirm you have a U6X router

2) Download the Command IQ app

Search “CommandIQ” in the Apple App Store or Google Play and install the app. Command IQ is the app where you manage your home Wi-Fi experience and access services like Crossroads Shield and Crossroads Guardrails.

3) Sign in and follow the in-app setup

Enable Crossroads Shield for the people and devices you want to manage.
