Calling All Creatives in Chicopee!

Crossroads Fiber is excited to introduce our brand-new mascot—and we need YOUR help giving them a name! If you're a Chicopee resident, this is your chance to get creative and make your mark.

How to Enter

  1. ​Submit your best mascot name idea for our friendly fiber mascot by May 29.
     

  2. Complete the form on this page.
     

  3. Be sure to include your full name, school, phone number, parent’s name and signature.

What’s in It for You?

  • 4 season passes to Six Flags New England.
     

  • A Crossroads Fiber swag bag full of fun surprises.
     

  • Your name, school, and winning idea featured on the Chicopee Electric Light Facebook page and newsletter.

Contest Rules

  • Only one entry per person.

  • Entries must be received by Friday, May 29 at 4:00pm.

  • Entrant must be a resident of Chicopee, MA.

  • Mascot name must be appropriate for all ages.

  • The award committee will select one winner based on creativity, relevance, and appropriateness. All decisions are final.

  • Let your imagination shine—make it creative, fun, and friendly!

Deadline: May 29, 2026

Parent/Guardian Consent, Release & Publicity Authorization: I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and give permission for them to enter the Chicopee Electric Light mascot naming contest. I understand and agree that Chicopee Electric Light will have full ownership of the submitted name, including all associated rights. This grant is irrevocable and perpetual, and Chicopee Electric Light may use, modify, or publish the submission for any lawful purpose, without compensation. I also grant Chicopee Electric Light permission to use my child’s name, likeness, and submitted entry for promotional and publicity purposes, including in print, online, and social media, in the event they are selected as a winner, without further approval or compensation. I consent to my child’s participation and the use of the submitted materials as described above.


Eligibility

Is the participant an immediate family member of a Chicopee Electric Light employee?

(Chicopee Electric Light reserves the right to exclude employee family submissions from prize selection.)
